It’s crazy wild and all over the place here in Adamsville,Tn. What’s your thoughts on eating poke salad? Reply David The Good May 30, 2017 - 9:30 pm I haven’t tried it; however, Eric Toensmeier reports it’s delicious. Southerners have been eating it for a long time. I boil it about 5 min, pour off the water, add more water, salt, butter or bacon and boil it about 5 min… Yum!
