I found two nice varieties of papaya at a local roadside fruit stand. First, a big orange one about the size of a basketball:
The second one was a delicious red variety:
I decided to ferment and save the seeds.
I’m hoping they’ll work out this way. Generally, I just jam seeds in the ground. We’ll see.
Though you won’t see it in a video, I’m putting humanure in some of the pits I’m digging. The seeds aren’t up yet… I am waiting!
